In Town Tonight

The first programme comprises of an interview with Russian Professor Vladimir Tchernyi who is a Doctor of Physics and Mathematics living in Moscow, Russia.

Professor Tchernyi’s theory explains the nature of Saturn's rings and why the rings spin around. But it is the contribution that his discovery makes in the world-wide quest to find super-conductivity under natural conditions that is most significant. Super-conductivity is the ability to transfer energy without distortion.
